About Me
I help manufacturing operations bring order to complexity—at both the floor level and the system level.
Through my experience working across four manufacturing startups, I’ve consistently supported fast-growing environments where processes are evolving, systems are still being built, and decisions have to be made with imperfect information. In these conditions, challenges around inventory accuracy, warehouse flow, and cost control are normal—not because teams aren’t capable, but because structure hasn’t caught up with growth.
That’s where I come in.
I specialize in building practical, scalable systems for inventory control, warehouse operations, and cost efficiency, with a strong foundation in IT and ERP implementation. I’ve been directly involved in building, configuring, and improving multiple ERP systems, ensuring that what happens on the floor is accurately reflected in the data leadership relies on.
My strength is connecting reality to systems. I focus on aligning physical processes, digital tools, and reporting so inventory is trusted, workflows make sense, and decisions are driven by facts—not workarounds or gut feel.
My approach is grounded in first-principles thinking: understand how the operation truly functions, identify where value is lost, and design solutions that fit the real constraints of the business. The result is clarity, accountability, and systems that support growth instead of slowing it down.
Having worked within multiple startups, I understand the pressure of scaling quickly with limited resources. I build solutions that are realistic, sustainable, and measurable—designed to evolve as the business grows.
If you’re building, scaling, or stabilizing a manufacturing operation and need both operational clarity and system integrity, I help you put the right structure in place—and keep it working.

ERP Systems Built for the Business
I ensure ERP systems are designed, configured, and implemented to reflect how the business actually operates. That means aligning physical processes with system logic, eliminating workarounds, and building workflows that users can follow and leadership can trust. I bridge IT and operations so inventory, production, and financial data tell the same story—accurately and consistently.
No bloated builds. No disconnected modules. Just systems that work.
